Kevin boasts over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. His journey commenced as a financial advisor and evolved into a series of impactful sales leadership positions within a prominent North American financial services company.
During his tenure, Kevin conceptualized and led a team of consultants and recruiters spanning the nation. This team assisted independent advisors in addressing succession gaps and fostering the growth of their businesses, through talent solutions.
Kevin holds a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field. He also holds an MBA, further enhancing his expertise in consulting.
Jarrett Konkle, Partner
Jarrett holds over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, commencing his journey by establishing his own financial advisory practice. His success as an advisor led him to assume a leadership role, where he guided a team of advisors and actively participated in their development and recruitment. It was during this period that Jarrett’s fervor for talent sourcing and recruitment within the financial services sector began to flourish.
Throughout the years, Jarrett has ascended the corporate hierarchy within one of Canada’s largest insurance companies, maintaining a strong emphasis on recruitment in all his roles.
Before venturing into the financial industry, Jarrett dedicated eight years of his life to professional hockey, showcasing his exceptional commitment to the sport. Following his hockey career, Jarrett furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from Clarkson University, which complemented his undergraduate Business Degree from Elmira College.
Stephanie Labbe, Senior Associate
Stephanie brings a strong background in financial services, with experience across both recruitment and operations in large institutions and independent firms. Over the course of her career, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the advisor landscape and the key drivers behind successful team growth.
Most recently, she worked with an independent firm in Quebec, where she led recruitment efforts and played a key role in attracting and onboarding top advisor and administrative talent, supporting the firm’s continued expansion.
Fluent in both French and English, Stephanie is well positioned to support clients across North America. Her industry expertise, combined with a relationship-driven approach, allows her to connect effectively with advisors and firms, making her a valuable addition to Vantage’s team.
Matt Patterson, Recruitment Consultant
Matt joins Vantage with over a decade of experience in recruitment, having supported the hiring and development of leadership talent across a range of industries. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation for identifying high-impact individuals and partnering closely with organizations to drive growth through talent.
He also brings a solid foundation in financial services, particularly in advisor distribution and development. While working with a leading MGA in Canada, Matt focused on advisor training and development, collaborating closely with independent advisors to help scale their practices. Earlier in his career, he held roles as a group insurance wholesaler and in advisor development with a major insurance carrier, where he was actively involved in coaching, mentoring, and recruiting advisors.
Matt holds a Master of Science (MSc), complementing his professional experience with a strong academic background and a disciplined, analytical approach to talent and business challenges.
