Uncover target advisors within the firm that require support to source and onboard, or matchmake growth advisors into top performing firms. 

  1. Deliver teaming seminars for target advisor segments and facilitate matchmaking of internal advisors. Design and build microsite with resources that advisors can pull from.
  2. Provide 1:1 support to advisors who want to bring in associate advisors and other non-producing roles into their firm.

Goals

To grow advisor base by recruiting additional advisors to their organization. Support existing advisors’ growth and succession aspirations by accelerating teaming. Looking to minimize compliance risk.

  • Age: In business for over 20 years.
  • Structure: Owned by 3 partners who have grown the firm to over 1200 advisors. Largely based in Ontario but have offices in Alberta and BC as well.
  • Value proposition for advisors: Strong relationships with some long-standing advisors. Offering basic practice management support through field management team. Rely on manufacturers for product support.
